Terms of Use

Health Portfolio presents your health goals as portfolio positions, computes a single score from how you hold them, and lets an on-device model comment on that portfolio in words.

It is a wellness product, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Its targets, its score and its mentor are informational: they are a way to look at your own data, not a prescription. Decisions about your health are yours, and for anything that matters they belong with a doctor.

Recognition of food and labels is an estimate. Nutrition values come from public food databases and from the label in the frame, and they can be wrong. Do not rely on them where precision matters medically — for insulin dosing, for example.

Movement carries risk. Start a new kind of training gently, stop when something hurts, and talk to a doctor first if you have a condition, are pregnant or are coming back from an injury. The app suggests; your body and your doctor decide.

You must be at least 18 years old. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication whose effect depends on diet or activity, consult a doctor before following anything the app suggests.

Some features require a paid subscription. It is sold through the App Store, and Apple — not we — takes the payment, renews it and issues refunds.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. A free trial, where offered, converts into a paid period on the same terms; cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

Cancellation and renewal are managed in your Apple Account settings, not in the app. Prices may change; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

We claim no rights over what you enter. We do not receive it: what happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy, and the short version is that it lives on your device.

Your history is yours to keep. It travels in your device backup if you use one, and the app can also save a copy as a single file. What we cannot do is restore it: we never had it, so once the last copy is gone, the history is gone for good.

• Use the app for your own health, on devices you control.
• Do not decompile or modify the app, and do not attempt to bypass the subscription.
• Do not use the app as a medical service, or offer its output to other people as medical advice.
• Do not attempt to overload or attack the website.

The app, this website, their design, texts and code belong to us, except for the third-party components described below. A subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to use the app — it does not transfer ownership of anything.

The app carries third-party software, model weights and data. They are listed inside the app, under Profile → Licences, together with their full licence texts, and they remain subject to their own terms rather than to ours.

In particular, the EmbeddingGemma model is provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use. Your use of it is subject to the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy published at ai.google.dev/gemma/prohibited_use_policy, which forms part of these terms.

If you send us an idea, a complaint or a suggestion, we may use it to make the app better — without owing you payment, credit or confidentiality. Please keep sending them: that is how the app gets better.

Features may change, and some may disappear in a later version. We will not knowingly remove a feature you are currently paying for without an alternative or a refund path through the App Store.

On-device model features depend on your iPhone and on the languages Apple supports; on some devices they may be unavailable or slower.

The app is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that its calculations, targets or recognition results are accurate, nor that it will work without interruption.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for lost data, or for decisions about health you made based on the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription over the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app. If the app fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; beyond that, Apple has no obligation with respect to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may terminate access if these terms are breached — for instance, by an attempt to bypass payment.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.

If the terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the new version.
