Something not working? Write to us
The app has no accounts, so we cannot look you up in any database — just describe what happened. One person reads this mailbox and usually answers within two working days.
Please include your iOS version, your iPhone model and what you were doing when it broke. Do not send health data or screenshots with your own numbers — we do not need them to work out a bug, and we would rather never hold them.
FAQ
Answers to the usual questions
I paid, but the app asks me to subscribe again
Profile → Subscription → Restore purchases. That asks the App Store for the purchase again under the same Apple Account; the app itself has no login, so nothing else is needed.
How do I cancel the subscription?
In the App Store, not in the app — Apple handles the billing. Cancelling stops the renewal and leaves your data alone: it stays on the phone either way.
Manage subscriptions in the App StoreHow do I keep a copy of my data?
Profile → My data. It saves a single file with everything the app has collected; keep it, and the data survives a reinstall or a new iPhone.
How do I delete everything?
Deleting the app deletes its database with it — there is no copy on any server to ask us about. To also cut off Apple Health, revoke access in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
How do I keep recognition off the private cloud?
Profile → Privacy → On-device only. Recognition of meals, labels and workouts then never leaves the phone; it reads labels less accurately, and that is the whole trade-off. The mentor is on-device regardless of this setting — that one has no switch because it has no alternative.
The mentor is silent or slow
It runs on the device. If Apple’s built-in models are unavailable — an older iPhone, or a language they do not cover — the app offers to download a local model instead: slower, still on your phone. A first answer after a cold start takes a few seconds.
The portfolio is empty or the numbers look wrong
Check what the app is allowed to read: Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Health Portfolio. iOS never tells the app which categories you left off, so a missing goal usually means a switch is off there.
I want fewer notifications
There is at most one a week — the Monday review — and it turns off in Profile → Notifications.
